Nothing gets listed until a depot operator we have history with has physically walked the unit, graded it, and photographed it. The condition you see on the product page — One-Trip, Cargo-Worthy, Wind & Water Tight, or Refurbished — is the same grade printed on the depot sheet that ships with the bill of sale.
Once the order is placed, an Arizona-based specialist owns the file end-to-end: confirming the depot pull, handing the freight to a vetted domestic carrier, sharing the driver's mobile number, and staying on the line through the delivery appointment. If the site has a clearance problem, the specialist flags it before dispatch — not after a four-figure dry-run bill.
Modified builds — offices, ADUs, classrooms, refrigerated rebuilds, custom paint and fit-outs — get routed to two US fabrication shops whose welders, electricians, and project managers we know personally.
