Axis Storage Solutions LLC ("Axis", "we") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Contact form & quote data: name, email, phone, delivery ZIP, and the message you submit.
Account data: if you create an account — email, hashed password, order history, saved addresses.
Order & payment data: billing address, delivery address, items purchased, payment method indicators. Bank wire and ACH details are exchanged out-of-band and are not stored in our public-facing systems.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps, collected via standard web logs and analytics.

2. How we use it

To respond to quote requests, fulfill orders, and arrange delivery.
To send transactional email (order confirmations, delivery notifications, account messages).
To prevent fraud, debug the site, and comply with legal obligations.
To improve product pages and the buying experience based on aggregate analytics.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. We do not run remarketing audiences from contact-form data.

3. Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with vetted service providers acting under written data-processing agreements:

Hosting & database: Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — secure US-region data storage with row-level access controls.
Email delivery: Transactional email provider for order confirmations and quote replies.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4, used in cookieless / IP-anonymized configuration where supported.
Payment processing: Bank wire and ACH are processed through your originating financial institution; we do not store full account or card numbers.

4. Cookies & tracking

We use a small number of first-party cookies for session management and cart persistence, and analytics cookies for traffic measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will continue to function but the cart and login will not persist across sessions.

5. Data retention

Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with US tax and commercial-law requirements. Quote-form data is retained for 24 months unless it converts into an order. Account data is retained for the life of the account plus 12 months, or until deletion is requested.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing sales@axisconex.com. California residents have the rights granted under the CCPA / CPRA. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

7. Children

The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.3. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Database access is restricted by row-level security and least-privilege credentials. We log and monitor administrative access. No internet-connected system is 100% secure, but we follow current industry practices.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes take effect on the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the homepage banner for at least 14 days.
