How does paying by credit or debit card work?

Place the order on this site — no card fields are collected here. Within minutes we email a secure payment link that opens our processor's PCI-DSS certified hosted page. You enter the card there, the processor authorizes it, and the receipt is emailed to you automatically. Your order moves to Paid once our team receives the settlement confirmation, and dispatch is booked within 24 hours.

Which card brands and wallets are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit or debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Prepaid gift cards and virtual single-use cards are not accepted because they cannot support post-delivery refunds.

Question 3

Does Axis ever see or store my card number?

Accepted Answer

No. Card number, expiry, and CVV are typed only on the processor's hosted page. Axis Storage Solutions LLC receives an authorization result and the last four digits — never the full number — and no card data is stored on this website or in our database.

Are there limits on card payments compared with wire or ACH?

Accepted Answer

Card is accepted on standard single-container and small multi-unit orders. Very large orders can exceed issuer authorization ceilings, so wholesale and multi-unit purchase orders are settled by bank wire or ACH. If a card authorization is declined for amount, we email wire and ACH instructions for the same order — the order number and pricing do not change.

Is there a fee for paying by card?

No card surcharge is added at checkout. Bank wire and ACH also carry no Axis fee; your own bank may charge an outgoing wire fee. Prices shown on the site are the same regardless of which method you choose.

How fast does each payment method clear?

Accepted Answer

Card authorizations confirm in minutes. Bank wires clear the same or next business day. ACH transfers clear in one to three business days. Dispatch is scheduled within 24 hours of cleared funds on all three methods, so card is simply the fastest path to a delivery slot.

Question 7

What about refunds and chargebacks on a card order?

Accepted Answer

Approved refunds are returned to the original card through the same processor, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your issuer. Returns follow the published 30-day inspection-based return policy, including the 15% restocking fee and buyer-paid return freight.

Question 8

Which payment methods are not accepted?

Accepted Answer

PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, cryptocurrency, and third-party financing are not accepted. Credit card, debit card, bank wire, and ACH are the only payment methods Axis uses — anyone requesting payment another way is not us.
