These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Axis Storage Solutions LLC ("Axis", "we", "us"), and your purchase of any goods or services from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. The company

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use this site or purchase from us. Orders intended for resale must be placed through the wholesale channel — contact sales@axisconex.com.
3. Orders, pricing & acceptance
Prices displayed on the site include free delivery in the contiguous United States. The price displayed on the product page is the price at checkout — no separate freight, fuel, or "depot pull" charges apply. Sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.
An order is accepted only when we issue an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory unavailability. In the event of cancellation, any payment received is refunded in full to the original payment method.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods are bank wire and ACH transfer. Orders are released to the depot once funds have cleared. Wire and ACH details are provided after order confirmation.
5. Delivery
Delivery is governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer at the moment of delivery acceptance.
6. Returns & refunds
Returns are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
7. Warranties & disclaimers
Containers are sold as described on the product page, including their condition grade (One-Trip, Cargo-Worthy, Wind & Water Tight, or Refurbished). Used containers are sold "as-is" subject to the inspection process described in the Return & Refund Policy. Except as expressly stated, Axis disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or your purchase, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Axis's aggregate liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific container giving rise to the claim.
9. Force majeure
Axis is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, port closures, carrier strikes, supply chain disruptions, war, terrorism, or government action.
10. Intellectual property
All site content — text, images, product descriptions, logos, design elements — is owned by Axis or its licensors and protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to commit fraud, scrape data at volume, attempt to gain unauthorized access, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
12. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
